空压机的保养方法

一、空压机三级保养的项目
　　1、更换空气过滤器；

　　2、更换机油过滤器；

　　3、更换油气分离器；

　　4、更换润滑油；

二、具体操作方法（以下操作须在停机断电并保证机内无压力才可进行）

　　1、更换空滤

　　拆卸空气过滤器外罩尾部螺丝、取下外罩尾部，拆卸空气过滤器锁紧螺丝，取出空气过滤器，将新过滤器装入，按反步骤装回过滤器及外罩。

　　2、更换油滤

　　用专用工具锁紧过滤器底部正向旋转拧开过滤器，用干净的布条清洁过滤器底坐并涂上少许机油，在新机油过滤器的密封圈上涂上少许机油，装上新过滤器，并用专用工具锁紧。

　　3、更换油分

　　方法与更换油滤相同。

　　4、更换润滑油

　　油的温度在30至60℃时粘度会降低并且不会烫手，同时也利排净机组的残油。所以在换油时如是冷油，先开机运行2—3分钟。换油时应确保机组无压力才可进行。先拆开油气分离桶注油螺母、用合适的容器准备装残油。打开桶部下面的排油阀，排油时时而用手正盘机头皮带轮以利将储在机头内的油也排出。

　　待油彻底排完后，关闭排油阀。注入新润滑油，注油时时而用手反盘机头皮带轮以利将油吸入管道及机头。注油量在浸过油位镜后再注入2~3cm（此为经验值，实际油位需在开机并加载状态时观测），注好油后，装上注油螺母并锁紧，拆下进气阀，从机头进气口注入少量润滑油，油量在浸没转子的三分之二处即可，装上进气阀。清洁空压机各部件表面。

三、试机

　　上电后，直接起动空压机，听声音有无异响，观查有无漏油处，看油位是否合适（油位应在加载时观测，位置应在油位镜的1/2~2/3之间）否则多放少补。
