转炉烟气除尘通常采用哪些除尘喷嘴

　自50~60年代氧气转炉在发明和开始推广起，转炉烟气冷却除尘就大量使用一种碗形除尘喷嘴，目前还在广泛应用。有些钢厂也采用反溅式和三线内螺旋型除尘喷嘴。碗形除尘喷嘴的最主要问题是易堵塞，比如某厂一文所用的碗形除尘喷嘴，刚用时喷水量为80-90吨/时，使用约一周后喷水量就只有40-50吨/时。除尘喷嘴堵塞后自然冷却能力不足；另外除尘喷嘴体积大，产生的阻力也大。
　　98年河北新兴铸管公司炼钢分厂将喷雾系统公司的一种除尘喷嘴最先用于转炉烟气冷却，取得了较理想的效果，基本上不堵塞，相同流量的除尘喷嘴体积远小于碗形除尘喷嘴，系统阻力明显降低。随后推广使用。目前已有杭钢、攀钢等国内尽40家钢厂已全部或部分采用。实践证明采用这种除尘喷嘴进行转炉除尘喷嘴的更新换代非常简单，而且效果明显。
　　国外发达国家的一些钢厂转炉烟气采用干法电除尘。在干法电除尘中，对除尘喷嘴的雾化冷却效果要求就更加严格，因为烟气温度低于露点温度，粉尘会粘结到电极板上，不仅增加工作量，而且会使电除尘起不到除尘作用；烟气温度过高则粉尘的比电阻过高，电除尘系统也会形同虚设。采用布袋干式除尘也有类似的问题。
　　目前喷雾系统公司广泛用于干法除尘的除尘喷嘴有两种：一种是高压水除尘喷嘴，供水压力要达到20-40MPa；用得更多的是一种新型气体雾化除尘喷嘴，其主要特点是可以在最小/最大喷水量1：10的范围内调节时，喷雾颗粒的平均直径保持在约50-80微米，因而在100°C以上的烟气系统中能保证迅速100%蒸发，从而确保烟气温度精确控制在要求温度的+/-20°C偏差范围内；而且喷雾本身也能除去相当一部分粉尘。
　　我国杭钢、攀钢等十多家钢厂将这种除尘喷嘴成功用于转炉湿法除尘中，用于汽化冷却烟道和一文前，仅喷很少量的水就可以有效地大幅度降低烟气温度，相应降低系统流动阻力；用于一文后、尤其多用于脱水器中，则可以有效去除细粉尘。由于烟气流动阻力下降、重度降低，风机实际功率也相应降低。这些效果已经得到生产实践证实。
