The project, which covers a land area of 121,000 square meters and has a potential floor area of 205,700 sq m, will start construction in September 2009 and will be completed in October 2012. The predicted net profit of the project is RMB 259.34 million and the predicted total sales revenue is RMB 1.84 billion. The floor area ratio will be around 1.7. </P]<P]The company will spend the remaining RMB 300 million of the proceeds on a project in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province that will cost RMB 1.08 billion in total. The project, which will start construction in January 2010 and will be completed in June 2013, will generate an estimated RMB 1.47 billion in revenue and an estimated RMB 217.12 million in net profit, sources reported.</P]
