Nov. 12, 2008 (China Knowledge) - Hainan Airlines Co Ltd&lt;600221&gt;&lt;900945&gt;, the fourth-largest carrier in China, announced on Wednesday that it will issue not more than RMB 2.7 billion short-term notes on the interbank market, sources reported.</p]           
According to the company's statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange, proceeds from the issuance will be used to replenish the working capital, expand the financing channel and reduce the financing cost.</p]           
The yield of the 365-day notes will be determined on the basis of the reference range set by the central bank and the deal will be arranged by a group of underwriters, the company said.</p]
